A monthly report must be made to the state regarding any accident occurring to a child during school hours on school property, which results in a visit to a physician, or causes 1/2 day absence from school. These records are kept so that statistics on accidents occurring to school age children may be compiled.

We ask parents to report such accidents and the outcomes to the school so that these reports may be accurately completed.
