The Catholic Diocese of Wichita Kansas Website, www.cdowk.org, posted a modified clip of our St. Patrick Catholic School Chanute children singing to the Bishop and offering their Together Gifts. The video is also available in www.youtube.com and is called “Chanute Kids Get It TOGETHER.” The Video begins with a picture of the Together Poster that has the picture of our students and it ends with an acknowledgement of the final count of the gift received by Bishop Michael O. Jackels. The final count was $1,107.46. The students raised this amount by organizing weekend after Holy Masses bake sales, snow cone stands, cookie sales, lemonade stands, extra chore coupons, acts of kindness coupons and bookmark auctions. The St. Patrick Community and Families generously donated towards the students efforts. May God continue to bless Bishop Michael Jackel’s Together Vision from beginning to end!
