Supply List for 2010-2011

3 and 4 Year Olds Supply List

Each child will need:  3 lg. boxes Kleenex, 1 lg container Clorox wipes, 1 lg box baby wipes, 1 back pack.  All day children wil need a blanket and a pillow.  All children will need to pay $5 for other supplies that the teacher will purchase for the classroom.  Checks for $5 will need to made out to St. Patrick Catholic School.

Kindergarten Supply List

Please mark each item with child’s name: (4) 12-pk Crayola Crayons, Prang water colors, 10 glue sticks, Fiskar blunt end scissors, plastic pencil box regular size, large pink eraser, 1 box Kleenex, back pack, 1 pk dry erase markers, paint shirt for art, small nap mat, 1 pkg. colored markers – primary colors.

First Grade Supply List

Avery 1″ spine 3 ring notebook, widelined notebook paper, 1 dz. Ticonderoga #2 pencils, Prang water colors, 2 large boxes Kleenex, back pack, 1 Elmers glue (4 oz bottle), 8 glue sticks, 1 Fiskar blunt tip scissors, 2 folders with pockets, 1 small pencil box or bag, 1 spiral notebook, 1 box of quart size ziplock bags, 2 boxes of 16-count crayons, 1 package of wide colored markers – primary colors, 1 ruler showing centimeters, paint shirt for art, 2 pink or green erasers, boys bring 1 pack of hand wipes, girls bring 1 pack of clorox wipes. 

Second Grade Supply List

Boys bring 1 pack clorox wipes/Girls bring 1 pack hand wipes, Loose leaf 1″ notebook, 3 pkg wide line loose leaf paper, 1 box of 24 Crayola Crayons, large pencil box, 2 packs #2 Ticonderoga pencils, 1 Fiskar scissors, 1 white polymer eraser, 1 box colored markers – primary colors, 1 box colored pencils, paint shirt, back pack, Elmers glue-all, Avery permanent glue sticks, 3 large boxes of kleenex, pocket folder, 1 ruler showing centimeters, 2 composition books, 1 box ziplock bags (sandwich or snack), yellow highlighter.

Third Grade Supply List 

Boys bring 1 pack clorox wipes/Girls bring 1 pack hand wipes, 3 boxes Kleenex, 4 pkgs. wide line loose leaf notebook paper, 2 composition notebooks, 1″ 3 ring binder, 1 box 48-count crayons, 1 box large enough to hold ALL art supplies, 4 white Avery permanent glue sticks, 1 – 4 oz. bottle of glue, 1 box 8-count wide washable markers, colored pencils, back pack, pointed scissors, white polymer eraser, 1 wooden ruler showing inches and centimeters, 2 yellow highlighters, 4 2-pocket colored folders, 8 #2 pencils, 2 black ink pens, 2 red ink pens.

Fourth and Fifth Grade Supply List

#2 pencils, 2 black pens, 1 different color pen for checking/editing, wide-lined loose leaf notebook paper, sturdy 3 ring binder, at least 8 notebook dividers with tabs, colored pencils, crayons, pointed Fiskars school scissors, glue stick or Elmers white liquid glue, 2 large boxes of facial tissues for class use, back pack, large white vinyl eraser, pencil box or bag.
